BENDIGO JUNIOR SQUAD
A team of 24
players is selected. The squad is open to girls/boys 16 years and under.The
squad trains Thursday nights 6.00 - 8.00 at the Nolan St Complex. This squad
trains in preparation for Tennis Victoria sanctioned events which include,
Association - Regional Team Challenge, Ambassador's Cup, Foundation
Cup, John Fitzgerald Cup, Alicia Molik Cup, and the Wayne Arthurs Cup.
NATIONAL TILES JUNIOR SQUAD
This development
squad caters for 12 players and is open for girls/boys 12 years and under.This
squad trains on Friday's 1.30-3.30 at the Nolan St Complex
.
SPORTSPOWER JUNIOR SQUAD
This development
squad caters for 12 players and is open for girls/boys 14 years and under. This
squad trains on Saturday's 2.00 - 4.00 at the Nolan St
Complex. Over the course of the year, the
squad aims to attend tournaments, including Shepparton (December) and
tournaments on the Loddon Campaspe Regional Calendar.
The Bendigo
Junior Tennis Squad also has developed close links with the Vida Tennis
Academy in Melbourne and with the Pat Cash International Tennis Academy on the
Gold Coast. We organise squad camps which alternate with these academies each
year.
