Australian Junior Wheelchair Tennis Camp - 7-9 December
The Bendigo Regional Tennis Centre will play host to Tennis Australia’s
National Junior Wheelchair Camp, taking place Dec 7-9th, 2023.
The camp will bring together ten of the top junior wheelchair tennis
players from around the country to take part in a targeted
development camp to prepare the players for the Australian
Wheelchair Summer Series in January.
Australia has qualified a Junior Team to compete at the 2024 World Team Cup which will take place in Antalya, Türkiye in May 2024. This camp will also serve as preparations for Australian junior wheelchair players in the lead-up to next year’s World Team Cup.
National Wheelchair Development Coach, Greg Crump, will lead the camp alongside former Australian Paralympian, Anthony Bonaccurso, who won a Bronze medal in the Men’s Doubles event at the 2024 Athens Paralympic Games.
